The Topchill Box-Type Unit ZB Med Temp is a medium-temperature condensing unit powered by Copeland ZB-series scroll compressors, engineered for energy efficiency and reliability. With 35% energy savings, IP66 protection, and IoT connectivity, it operates seamlessly in -30℃ to 50℃ environments—ideal for retail refrigeration, medium-temperature cold storage, and food processing.

CABINET STYLE

High-Efficiency Copeland ZB Compressors

Equipped with Copeland ZB-series scroll compressors (ZB15KQ, ZB21KQ, ZB26KQ, ZB38KQ, ZB45KQ) optimized for medium temperatures (5℃ to -20℃).

Delivers COP up to 2.92, reducing energy costs by 35% vs. traditional medium-temperature units.

Harsh-Environment Resilience

IP66-rated cabinet: Dustproof and water-resistant, suitable for outdoor installation (e.g., supermarket roofs, cold storage yards).

Corrosion-resistant stainless steel components: Withstands moisture and mild salt air, extending service life to 8+ years.

Flexible Control Configurations

Two control options:

Standalone main control board: For supermarkets, milk tanks, and chillers (integrates with low-voltage systems).

Full setup (main control + library temp board + operation panel): Directly usable for medium-temperature cold storage (no extra controllers).

Real-time parameter query: Check compressor current, discharge temperature, and condensing temperature via the operation panel.

Multi-protection features: Phase sequence/loss protection, overcurrent protection, high/low pressure protection, and compressor frequent start protection.

IoT-Ready for Smart Management

Supports IoT connectivity: Remotely monitor temperature, adjust settings, and receive fault alerts via mobile app—ideal for chain retail and large cold storage facilities.

The ZB Med Temp unit is available in 2HP-6HP models with core specs (380V/3Ph/50Hz, R404A refrigerant):

Cooling Capacity: 5.05 kW (2HP) to 15.03 kW (6HP) (evaporating temp 5℃/ambient 50℃).

COP: 1.92 (2HP) to 2.92 (6HP), ensuring high energy efficiency for medium-temperature operation.

Compressor: Hermetic scroll type; RLA (rated current) 4.9A (2HP) to 13.1A (6HP); LRA (locked rotor current) 26A (2HP) to 74A (6HP).

Fan System: 1-2 fans (860 rpm); air flow 2400-4800 m³/h; fan motor current 0.68A.
