Semi-Hermetic Air-Cooled Condensing Unit High-Performance

The semi-hermetic air-cooled condensing unit features a compact structure, available with a protective cover, makint it sturdy, durable, and aesthetically pleasing. A rational air intake mechanism ensures adequate cooling of the compressor cylinder head. The air-cooled unit utilizes efficient W-shaped internally threaded pipes tailored to specific operating conditions, improving heat transfer and minimizing overall dimensions. It is compatible with a variety of refrigerants, including R22, R134A, and R404A. It features an oil separator, high and lower pressure controls, a solenoid valve, a filter drier, high and lower pressure gauges, a large-capacity liquid receiver, and a high-efficiency condenser for a highly efficient combination.

Cooling Capacity: Ranges from 3.73 kW (-30℃ evaporating temp, 27℃ ambient) to 57.66 kW (10℃ evaporating temp, 27℃ ambient).

Power Consumption: 2.29 kW (3HP, -30℃) to 15.67 kW (20HP, 32℃ ambient).

Compressor: Semi-hermetic type; rated current varies by model (e.g., 4.11A for 3HP, 15.36A for 20HP).

Condenser: Air-cooled with W-shaped internally threaded pipes; fan systems vary by model (air flow up to 21640 m³/h).

Operating Range: Ambient temp 27℃-43℃; evaporating temp -30℃ to 10℃.
